Tasseled Silk Beret

Made from silk dupioni fabric, creating the illusion of pleating and folding this beautiful fabric over a beret base. This unique cocktail hat is deocorated with a handmade tassel and pieces of a silk necktie to add individual flair. The hat is secured to the head with a pleated neutral colored elastic in beige.
