Straw Teardrop Beret with French Wire Ribbon Flowers

A unique cocktail hat made from an aubergine colored parasisal straw and decorated with an array of handmade flowers (French wire ribbon). The hat is secured to the head with a pleated neutral colored elastic in beige.
